You can exchange your product(s) within seven days after delivery by visiting any of our retail locations. The product must be in saleable condition, unopened, and must have the original price label and purchase invoice attached.

• Items purchased on sale are non-returnable.
• Due to variations in screen colors and lighting during photography, actual product color/texture may slightly differ — replacements are not provided in such cases.
• Only defective or incorrectly delivered products are eligible for refund or exchange. Email images of faulty items to our customer service team for review.
• Upon approval, an online voucher of equal value will be issued.
• If a product has already been stitched, we do not accept any exchange or refund requests.
• We do not accept items that have been washed, dried, damaged, or discolored in any way, including those damaged due to improper handling or appliance use.
• Exchange shipping charges for non-damaged items must be covered by the customer. Only defective/wrong products are shipped free of cost by Mushtaq Cloth Store.
• No exchanges or returns are accepted on Sale and Discounted items.
• Matching accessories (e.g. trousers/dupattas) are not returnable.
• All sales are final: No cash refunds. Customers can exchange within 7 days or receive a credit voucher for future purchases.

Mushtaq Cloth Store reserves the right to update or modify its exchange and return policy at any time without prior notice.
