- Delivery time (Domestic): 7–14 working days within Pakistan (after order confirmation).
- Delivery time (International): 10–21 working days (after order confirmation).
- Delays may occur during sales, new collection launches, or logistical challenges.
- COVID-19 Notice: Orders may be delayed due to SOPs, travel restrictions, or delivery partner limitations.
- Address modifications are not allowed once an order is placed (applies to COD and online payments).
- Domestic deliveries: Handled by top courier partners in Pakistan.
- International deliveries: Managed via DHL or FedEx.
- Processing time: Please allow up to 2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Peak hours or info verification may cause temporary delays.
- Online payments: Subject to fraud checks. Orders are processed once approved by the payment processor.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payments must be made before opening the package.
- Tracking info: Sent via email after shipment. Check spam/junk folders if not found.
- International shipping cost: Calculated based on destination, size, and weight. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
- Failed fraud check: Order is automatically cancelled.
- COD confirmation: Up to 4 confirmation calls are made. Unattended orders are cancelled.
- Order cancellation: Allowed before order completion upon customer request.
- Mushtaq Cloth Store reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or technical glitches.
